Where the work comes from
ACE has a long engineering background in composite manufacturing and structural applications. Years of working with advanced composite structures — designing them, making them and putting them into demanding service — are the foundation this vertical is built on.
ACE Advanced Systems takes that foundation and changes the scale of thinking. Instead of looking only at the material or the component, the work now extends into complete systems, the environments they operate in and the problems end users are actually trying to solve.
What we do

ACE Advanced Systems brings together composite engineering, structural design, simulation, prototyping and application-led R&D. From unmanned aircraft and lightweight protection to transparent safety structures, we develop concepts for environments where weight, strength, visibility, safety and reliability matter at the same time.
The vertical is focused on one thing: turning difficult engineering problems into practical solutions.

How we think
The direction is broader. The discipline is the same.
We are not building a portfolio around products first. We start with the problem. Then we work through the materials, structure, mechanics, manufacturing and validation needed to solve it — and we say clearly where a programme stands, whether it is at concept stage, in analysis, or moving towards prototypes and testing.
The disclosure rule we apply to everything published here is simple: show the problem, show the engineering direction, show the application. Keep the critical design inside ACE.
